2 Ways to Become a Member
To be eligible to vote for Mohsin in the nomination meeting in Scarborough Southwest, you must live in the Scarborough Southwest riding and be a member of the Conservative Party of Canada, a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, 14 years of age or older. You can choose memberships from 1-5 years long.
To make the process as easy as possible, here are two ways you can become a member:
1. Download a PDF Membership form
Complete your membership form and pay by personal cheque or personal credit card, you can download and complete the appropriate membership form below.
Remember, you can sign-up and pay for members of your family, 14 years age or older in the same household with the Family Membership Form.
Once you’ve completed the form you can email your completed form with credit card info to [email protected] or contact Mohsin and he will make arrangements to have the form picked up with your personal cheque.
2. Join online using your credit card
If you would prefer to get your membership online using a personal credit card, you can do so on the main CPC website at the link below.
